Tacos for dinner

Made tacos for dinner tonight...
Meaty beef, caramelized onions, sweet ripe tomatoes and vegetal green peppers turned into stew, reduced to a concentrated orchestra of flavours. An echo of musical notes bounces in my mouth as the crunchy red peppers burst into a chorus of juices. The crisp taco shell sends pleasing wavelengths to my ears like the final key of a high note on a piano. A glass of red wine like a red carpet filled with cheers and claps of admiration.
