The decadence of chocolate tart

Chocolate. One of the languages of love (and there are many). The product of hard work. An irresistible temptation.

I love tarts. I enjoy making them, and even more so eating them. Here is one I made with an almond and cocoa base, filled with dark chocolate ganache, and topped with a sprinkle of mixed peel and sea salt. Decadent and rich, with a good balance of sweet, salty and bitter flavours.
